    It wasn't the first time staying however, this time around, in the suite, no kitchen tools and most importantly the air conditioner wasn't working at all. Asked for a fan but never supplied.

    After checking in, we discovered that the bed linens had not been changed. There were blood on the bedsheet, hair on the pillow, and stains on the pillow cover. We requested fresh bedding, but after waiting for an hour, no one came to help. In the end, we had to go to the front desk and speak with the hotel manager in person. Afterward, we asked the hotel to provide a written statement acknowledging what had happened. I have attached that statement to this review.
