    The place’s nice and clean :) If youre goal is to stay in a place near the shopping area (night market, platinum mall, pratunam) this place is perfect :) staffs were nice, friendly and accommodating :) the place is massage haven too!

    I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I have stayed at many hotels before, and this is the first time I have experienced a situation like this. My original passport was temporarily with Immigration, so I showed the staff copies of my passport and visa on my phone and explained the situation. At first, they still refused to let me check in. I then provided additional documents proving that my passport was with Immigration, and only after that did they allow me to check in. However, they told me I could stay for only one night and would not be allowed to extend my stay. I completely understand that hotels have rules and need to verify guests’ identities, but I provided all the evidence and official supporting documents I had. I expected the situation to be handled with more understanding and better customer service. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed, and I would not choose to stay here again.
