    I stayed here with a friend to explore Philly and it was a great stay. The beds were so comfy and room was clean. We had an issue with the heating and we called to ask someone to look at it. They “fixed” it but all night there was no heat. We had to turn off the unit and turn it back on to get the heating going but by the time we figured this out it was morning.

    Check-in staff was rude. the city-view room was on the second floor. Dark, super noisy, and no city view at all (just facing a gym). to avoid
