You won’t find a better location in Riga. The staff are wonderful, rooms are great and very decent breakfast. The spa is filled with farting groups of bachelor party men in their 40s who are slapping each other with their towels. So don’t expect a relaxing and romantic time there.

I stayed in a superior double. Very spacious, well designed, with maximum comfort. Even though *** and Agoda both states this class of rooms feature park vs city views—that is not true. Only interior courtyard view. Fyi. I did confirm with the hotel none of the suprior double category feature city/park views. The breakfast feature very strong fruits and dessert selections. Such a guilty pleasure to have dessert buffet at breakfast. I also loved it’s location right between Old Town and the Art Nouveau district.

Overall the stay was decent, but there's one issue that left me quite unsatisfied: I specifically booked a Park View room, but upon arrival I was given a Courtyard View room instead — completely different from what I had booked and paid for. Aside from that, the service and facilities were fine, but this mismatch between what was booked and what was delivered really affected my experience, and honestly made me question the hotel's reliability in honoring reservations. Given that I paid for a specific room category and did not receive it, I would appreciate some form of compensation, such as a partial refund. I hope the hotel takes this seriously so future guests don't run into the same issue.

Great quality accommodation in an excellent central location near Old Town Riga. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful, and the on-site spa offered a wonderfully relaxing experience. First-class hospitality overall.
