    Overall we had a really pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and very nice. This afternoon snack bar (what is complementary) is marvellous. I would 100% recommend to stay here.

    Conveniently located near Pratunam (just about 5 mins walk), while away from the heavy traffic. Also near the train station to Airport, which makes it really convenient. Staff really friendly and helpful!

    I booked this hotel with a view of the city and I paid an extra cost for the view of the city in the room. Then I arrived at the hotel and wanted to check in at the front desk in the lobby, and they asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the view of the city in the room. I told them I had already paid for the extra cost with the view of the city, and they said it was already sold out and I needed to upgrade to the view of the city, so I felt like they were trying to scam me for more cost. I told them I had already booked a room with the view of the city, and if they had already sold out, then it should not be shown on the website as available, and I did check on the website, and there was still a room with the view and the same price. I showed him, and he still said it was sold out, not available. I told them why not give me a room with the view of the city? He said he could not offer me and needed extra cost, so I booked a room with the view of the city for one night, costing about ***, and if I upgraded, they would add cost me about ***. I already paid ***, so it would be a total of *** plus tax. I said NO, then he gave me the key to the room, and I went to the room and saw there was a window next to a built homeless shelter and a block of the view of the city, so I felt uncomfortable and I paid for nothing. Then I went back to the front desk and saw a different person, and I asked if I wanted to talk to the manager, and she said I was the manager. Her name was Rene, and I explained to her, and I showed her I had booked a hotel room with the view of the city, and she checked the computer, and she did change my room with the view of the city. It was much better. 
She gave me a WhatsApp number, and we can easily communicate through WhatsApp. Because I’m deaf, I cannot use the phone voice. She is amazing and super friendly and made me feel very welcome. 

Breakfast was great, and the rooftop pool was beautiful, and I loved it.
