    We had a few misunderstanding first just before we checked in but the resort more Han made up for it. Thanks to the supervisor/manager! The trip was a business trip for me with very important clients, and their expectations as always we aim to exceed. The resort is very well situated for the trip we had organiWd for our clients.     Cloud 9 is right around the corner. The surf maybe too crowded but, if ou stay here, you have the option to wake early and enjoy the swells allto yourself.

    Overall, my experience at this hotel was a 3 out of 5. For a room rate of 5,000 per night, I found it quite expensive compared to hotels abroad. The room itself was very ordinary and small for the price. One major inconvenience was the lack of a telephone connected to reception, housekeeping, or the restaurant. Instead, they only provided direct mobile numbers, but the signal inside the hotel was very weak, making communication difficult. The breakfast was plated but very ordinary, with limited variety and nothing particularly impressive. In addition, the restaurant did not offer good food choices, which made dining options disappointing during the stay.
