As part of our 3-week Korea reunion trip, my husband and I stayed at Jeju with our son and daughter-in-law, who were visiting from Queensland. We chose Comma & Spa Resort and it turned out to be a wonderful decision. The owner was incredibly attentive and kind, providing service that felt even more thoughtful than a concierge. The rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, with a beautiful view of Sanbangsan. After a long and tiring day of sightseeing, it was such a pleasure to relax in the in-room hot spa. We also enjoyed having dinner in the room with fresh sushi and cooked food from the supermarket, followed by Korean noodles to finish the meal. The fully equipped cooking facilities made everything very easy and comfortable. Location was convenient. When we felt like having a nice dinner and drinks by the ocean, we simply parked our car at the resort and took an easy 10-minute walk to Sagye Coast. Overall, it was a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay. We highly recommend Comma & Spa Resort Jeju and would love to return.

We chose this place for a quiet weekend getaway in Jeju. We initially loved the location and felt the facilities were well-appointed for the price point. However, the cleanliness standards significantly impacted our stay. There was a persistent musty odor in the room, likely due to mold. To manage the smell, we were forced to keep the windows open for ventilation, which was difficult to endure during the cold late-November weather. Additionally, the Jacuzzi—a main feature we looked forward to—was unusable. Upon turning on the jets, black sediment and debris surfaced immediately, indicating the internal pipes had not been cleaned recently. We hope the management addresses these maintenance issues, as the location itself is lovely.
