    Decently sized rooms. Amenities a bit lacking. Proper coffee machine not working. Sento (bath) is nice. Small gym is free Their Universe room is HUGE (meant for accomodating disabled) with separate toilet, big bath and basin.....

    Conveniently located. Very near to Sendai station. None of the three people at the front desk could not speak English. We suggest the management to give some basic English language traing to them.

    I strongly recommend spending *** more to stay elsewhere. While the price is low, the experience was so poor it ruined my holiday mood. ​The room is very uncomfortable. The bed is hard, and there is no luggage rack, no safe, and no complimentary bottled water. Most importantly, they use an old central heating system that makes the air dangerously dry; I woke up in the middle of the night choking because I couldn't breathe. They don't have a humidifier in room. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a noticeable mouldy smell. ​The staff are rigid and not accommodating at all. I made a simple request for additional soup (odashi) they flatly rejected it. ​Do yourself a favour and book a better hotel for a slightly higher price. This place is not worth the frustration.
