The room was very cute and comfortable, great location and good WiFi to work remotely. The rooftop is great and the staff was super helpful letting me store my bags at the beginning and end of my trip.
The only negative thing was, no hot water in the shower then after a couple days they said it was fixed but I would have to run the shower on hot for 10-15 mins before it started to warm up and the hot water pressure wasn’t great.

This place was walking and not far from 5th avenue or the beach. Close to more local Mexican spots. I booked a king suite and it was not given during our stay. I feel like it was bc of NYE. The room we did get was fine but a bit small. It came with a stove and drive and I felt like everything was too close together. It didn’t look like the room I booked. The room I booked was a king suite and had things further apart.
