    I stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. On the first night, I could hardly sleep because the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. Every time I tried to lower the temperature, it would automatically reset to 25°C, making the room far too warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. The following day, I reported the issue to the reception. Instead of moving me to another room immediately, I was told that they were still cleaning the replacement room. As a result, I had to wait for about an hour outside my room with my luggage until the cleaning was finished at 2 pm. This wasted a significant amount of my time and added to the frustration. Although the staff eventually moved me to another room, the problems did not end there. In the second room, the shower drain was clogged. The water would not drain away and quickly started to accumulate while I was showering. I reported the issue to the reception immediately, and I was told that someone would fix it. However, nothing was done that day. The next morning, while I was still in bed, someone knocked on my door at 8:00 a.m. saying they had come to repair the shower. Since I was checking out that morning, I told him there was no point in fixing it anymore. The repair should have been carried out after I reported the problem the previous day, not on the morning of my departure. Although the staff were polite, I was disappointed by how these issues were handled. During a stay of only two nights, I experienced a major maintenance problem in my first room, had to wait an hour with my luggage before I could move to another room, and then encountered another maintenance issue that remained unresolved until I was leaving. I expect much better maintenance and a quicker response to reported problems from a Holiday Inn Express. Unfortunately, this stay was uncomfortable from beginning to end, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

    It’s a nice hotel to stay with a good service, cool bar which is opened till midnight and amazing staff. We really enjoyed our stay here.

    This hotel is one of the best hotel in Nurnberg, at least to me. Warm and clean room, nice breakfast, fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, sound proof window with zero noise even trains passing by, everything is awesome. I will definitely stay here again.
