Room is large, facilities are new, and location is within walking distance to major attractions. However, just take note that it takes awhile to be boarded on airport transfer as vehicles are not allowed to wait at the arrivals, and they only drive over when you are ready

This Hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Istanbul specifically in Old City ( Europe side ) It’s just 2-4 minutes walk away from Aya Sofya (Hagia Sofia) Breakfast is great with fixed dishes every day. Hotel staff is lovely and they clean up your room everyday as well. I stayed for 5 nights and not a single issue whatsoever, so yeah cheers for that.

Good location which only five minutes walk to Hagia Sophia Ground, Blue Mosque and clean, but it can hear next door sound when they open and close door or talk loudly.

We booked a city view room. We were given a street view room on the ground floor. Our “city view” was a view of a van or car parked outside our window. We could not open the curtains as people walking past can see into our room. See picture - Breakfast extremely poor. The best thing was an orange which was very soft - Staff are rude, tried to blame me for their mistake and took zero ownership of the issue. - only positive was the location which is central. Very bad, would not recommend as Istanbul as much better options at a cheaper price.
