    There is an open air foot spa available for guests. Buffet dinner spread is also good. Environment of the hotel is cosy and clean.

    The food buffet for dinner and breakfast was wonderful and tasty. The staff were extremely kind and showed us around our room. We did book the most expensive room with the open-air bath and it was gorgeous and relaxing, as we used it multiple times during our one night stay. The open air bath rooms do not allow shoes before entering the room, but the floors were extremely clean. I would recommend this resort to future family and friends.

    It’s a resort with beautiful Ainu Tribe vibes with proper metal keys on a Ainu design necklace which we can wear around our necks when we go for our meals. Keys are returned to front desk upon going out and were returned to us upon coming back daily. We stayed for 3 nights, 2 days and chose just the daily fresh towels upkeep with no cleaning so they gave us 1000Yen voucher per day and we can spend it at a shop in the lobby. Staffs were super helpful & friendly. Buffet breakfast & dinner were filled with a good selection of Japanese & Western food. There served hotpots for breakfast & dinner during winter time. Their outdoor onsen is the best one we have been so far in Hokkaido surrounded with snow draped pine trees and light falling snow on our face as we soaked in the onsen. Wide selection of skincare, bodycare, haircare, hair styling dryer inside the onsen which is quite impressive! An outdoor foot spa just at the exit of restaurant with clogs & velvet robes ready for us to soak our feet after a tired day. There is a courtyard where we can view wild squirrels & birds feeding during daytime. 3 halls of seats for guests to relax, one with 2 coins message chair (2x100Yen for 10 mins) one with music and one more with a fire place with free flow of coffee & beverages till 11PM daily. Plenty of parking around the resort. On the 3rd night we were served with a surprise shashimi platter during dinner buffet as we stayed for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely will stay here again if we drop by in Abashiri in future!
