Staff were brilliant.
Car park was flooded along with fitness centre and they took everything in their stride. No panicking, no outburst of frustration, they just kept their cool and offered great customer service.
Very well done to all involved, great credit to the hotel.

Site of the hotel was beautifull, hotel was 4 stars but could do better heating in the rooms. Poll was very good with baby space also.
Reception area very small so not ideal for families with kids to lounge around

Nice clean spacious and comfortable room. Food was lovely and good quality. Staff were welcoming and helpful
