The price was good value as a solo guest, hotels are way too expensive,a 1 night stay for a gig in the Opera House, close enough to town,a 20 minute walk to nearest pub, place was very clean, comfortable and quiet
The only downside is the shower cubicle is very small but I understand its a small tidy rental.

Convenient for nearby ferry port, quiet cul de sac, comfy bed, decent WiFi.
Needs a deep clean and some TLC, has unfulfilled potential to be a nice stopover with a bit of effort and outlay.
