Lovely property, amazing surroundings with the best view possible. It’s a quiet location, there is a pebble pathway taking one towards Fira which is full of restaurants with wonderful views.
Staff are very nice at the hotel. Eddie is very helpful as are the other staff members

Easy to get to from the parking and drop off area. The hotel staff and front desk were great and very helpful and most of all the Caldera view from here was amazing. IMO better than Fira and Oia.

We had a fantastic stay at Afroessa Hotel by Caldera Houses. Everything was excellent!
Room 12 had an absolutely stunning view, and the room was both cozy and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent.
The only minor drawback was that the coffee capsules were not replenished during our stay. However, we did not inform the hotel about this, so it was not a major issue.
Overall, it is a wonderful hotel with a fantastic location, great comfort, and a view that truly made our stay special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
