Old part of town, a little hesitant to stay. Outside door to balcony was unlocked and windows not latched when I arrived. Air conditioning didn't work. Breakfast mediocre - cannot exchange coffee for OJ that's and extra cost! Front desk staff was helpful to try to discount my stay.

Traveling from Regina towards Toronto, we family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed for a night. It was cramped and dirty. They were hosting “evacuees “ who were rowdy and perhaps were fighting made us wake up from long drive.
My daughter saw a dead mouse in the bathroom vent.
Only good thing about the hotel was they refunded us back for the non-refundable ticket for our return trip stay. I much appreciate that. 2 stars only because of this refund.
Breakfast included eggs ( I choose sunny side up) with buttered bread and coffee along with roasted potatoes.
