Great outdoor garden, pool and setting. Unfortunately restaurants food is still and has been for a long time very bad, quality and taste is on a level of a 2 star hotel. Cleanliness of rooms was mediocre, minibar no wine or prosecco.

This is a really special place to stay. They had an elegant outdoor BBQ one night we were there that felt as fancy as a wedding. The service was incredible! I would not recommend this hotel, the bed which I slept in was not clean, looked like somebody had trodden on it with thier dirty shoes. Also a few other things where not up to the standard. Next time I will choose a different Hotel in the area. The restaurant staff where also very unresonable and not friendly.

Overall it was nice. The bed was not comfortable as it was two singles put together and they moved around when you slept. There was also nothing extra in the rooms, like coffee or tea. You pay a lot with not a lot of extra's...it was a basic room.

Fantastic resort outside Freiburg! Everything you need is on site- spa, restaurants, wineries. The dinner at the regional place was delicious. Everything is updated and very clean! Highly recommend and look forward to going back!

The hotel is lovely and located in a quiet neighbourhood which is what we wanted as we had dogs with us. The staff were superb, really superb. The pool and facilities are first rate. All in good condition and very clean. Food and breakfast is excellent quality. The main restaurant menu was mainly Italian but there are three restaurants onsite. My wife and I stayed here for three nights while we explored Freiburg. The room was spacious, clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning. The breakfast had a good variety of food to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. We only ate at one of the three restaurants, and found the food excellent. I would certainly stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights while we explored Freiburg. The room was spacious, clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning. It is a little bit outside from Freiburg therefore very quie and relaxign. In the hotel arden, there are 2 restaurant, Italian and German both are good enough. The front man upgrade our room because it wa very hot and he bring us to the room wich has air coinditioner. I can reccomend this hotel.

Great hotel with three restaurants. Good place for recreation facilities an outdoor swimming pool. Water in the swimming pool is preheated. Only 12 km far from Freiburg. Very good German style breakfast. Wineyards arround!

Beautiful courtyard and good choice of restaurants. Pool was great however they must be renovating from the ground up as the photo's of the rooms weren't what we got on the 3rd floor. We had no blinds/curtain and sun was up at 5:30am. Also on arrival there was only one towel in both of our rooms despite double occupancy which shows lack of attention. For the price I would expect more in a rural location. Breakfast was good and service was friendly
