Izzy and Peter were wonderful. Everything about the property was great, plenty of parking, and a very nice breakfast. The room was very pleasant. You could not ask for anything more.

A very warm welcome with great communication leading up to our stay. We used Exmoor House as a base to explore Exmoor and North Devon and really pleased to have stayed here. Breakfast was awesome and the little touches throughout the immaculate property (treats for our pooch; chocolates in the room etc) were wonderful.
It was the little touches that mean we will be back to stay. From the warmest of welcomes to the ample drink making facilities in room, to the choice of breakfast items and amenability to alter timings to meet our needs. An exceptional place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Exmoor House B&B, Izzy and Peter are excellent hosts and very passionate about making their b&b nice and welcoming and they succeed in this.
Breakfast was very good and it works fine ordering from the menu the night before.
Dinner at the inn across the street was perfect.
