My stay at Shangri-La Bengaluru was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality felt warm, polished, and genuinely attentive. The rooms were impeccably clean — not just surface-level neatness, but the kind of meticulous housekeeping that makes the entire space feel fresh, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable throughout the stay. The bedding was plush, the bathroom spotless, and every corner reflected premium standards of maintenance and hygiene.
What truly stood out was the thoughtful blend of comfort and modern amenities. The rooms are elegantly designed with stunning city views, smart lighting controls, high-speed Wi-Fi, a beautifully stocked minibar, and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve experienced in a luxury hotel.
The culinary experience deserves special praise. The hotel offers an incredibly versatile selection of food options catering to every palate — from authentic Indian cuisine to refined Asian delicacies and international favorites. Every meal felt carefully curated with fresh ingredients, excellent presentation, and rich flavors. Very terrible stuff and very difficult to deal with them if you want headache come to this hotel.
Plus i kept amount of money in my backpack and it was gone.
When I reached the air port i have realized that. The backpack never left from my room until the checkout time.
Do not come to this hotel if you are international guest.
