Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hideaway Hotel. The food was exceptional, and the Mandarina restaurant truly stood out—every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and delicious.
The attention from the staff was outstanding, always warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the experience even more special. The spa was incredible—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting.
We also loved the trails near the river, which added a beautiful nature element to the stay. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding.
Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel for a romantic getaway, highly recommended

One experience that truly stood out was when my wife accidentally left a garment by the pool. The staff found it and personally brought it to our room. That level of honesty, care, and outstanding customer service says everything about this wonderful hotel.
During our stay, we also booked several excursions through the hotel, including a visit to the breathtaking Rio Celeste Waterfall and an exciting white-water rafting adventure. Everything was well organized, and both experiences were unforgettable. We had an amazing time exploring the beautiful surroundings.
The property itself is peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax while enjoying the natural beauty of Costa Rica. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable.
I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to everyone at Hideaway Rio Celeste for making our trip so special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable Costa Rican getaway.
