This was the worst experience in a hotel thus far. Rented off of Agoda, and it said this hotel was 4 stars, said it opened 2020(not true)very old hotel and my room details said pool view, there is no pool to view! This hotel reviews are old and misleading, and the hotel needs to be shut down, till the owner bombs, this is cock roach city, coming out of cracks in the walls, out the toilet, closet, falling from the ceiling ( one landed on my head). We were upgraded to the bigger room 3rd floor 315 to be exact, because the rooms we were shown, either the A/C didnt work, or was leaking really bad. In the bigger room there is a tub and shower attachment, the shower attachment wouldn't stay up till I put a rubber around to hold it up, the shower leaks all over the floor because the tubs are not sealed/ caulked around, the shower heads are gross. The pillows and blankets were so yellow and gross, we asked for new ones and were brought different stained unwashed pillows and just new pillow cases to put on. The blanket isnt washed just a new duvet put over the top. Yes, breakfast(on the 8th floor) is included and for good reason, because the hotel is awful, but wait it gets better, the first couple days we were there was a full buffet, the rest of the time it was a la carte, you order from a menu, from a very nice lady that understands no English, and can not understand when you translate in your phone in her language. I ate in the dining room only once, very disappointed the last day when I ordered pancakes and scrambled eggs for my husband and an omelet for myself to only received the pancakes and omelet, what really got me was the (Ant syrup) given to me........yes the syrup in the to go container had ants just floating in the syrup...... (if there are not enough guest, then a la carte is what you get. The staff are very kind but they already know how bad the hotel is and really honestly dont care much to change it, we asked to speak to the managerial person and they said their Chinese and cant really talk to the person because their Cambodian and speak Khmer.... We requested a refund and told them we were not leaving till we got our money back. We had rented for 15 days, got partial refund, but we definitely should of received a full refund. The house keeper was so kind and attentive, cleaned everyday. None of the pictures are correct other then the room size, everything else is old, outdated, and needs alot of work... The hotel is on a main road, windows dont seal correctly so you can hear alot of noise outside, and there is constantly someone above running the chairs across the floor. And lastly the WIFI is no good, barely works, constantly loading or restarting. We again were asked to move rooms, but we didn't because upon looking at the other room there were the same issues!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE..... (P.S. Agoda only allows 8 photos, I have way more)
