Room was in good condition and pretty clean. Staff were nice so no problems there, however, the restaurant and bar were closed for the entire stay. You couldn’t even get room service or a drink to take to your room. Wasn’t told before arriving either as would have booked someplace else, especially for when we arrived as we got to Geneva late in the evening so we were hoping a place to eat or have a drink. For a 4 star hotel to offer nothing but a room is very poor service. The hotel wasn’t even quiet to constitute a reason for the closure, it was actually busy. Furthermore, a lot of restaurants and bars are also usually closed in Geneva that time of year so why not take advantage. I cannot give more than 2/5 stars as hotel with that rating of stars cannot just offer a room alone.

We stayed at this hotel, and while the staff and facilities were fine, we had a very uncomfortable experience due to poor sound insulation between rooms. There was a connecting door between our room and the neighboring room, and during the night, the guests next door were extremely loud. Their conversations and later intimate activity could be heard clearly, lasting for several hours. This made the stay very unpleasant and embarrassing, especially as I was traveling with my mother. We hope the hotel improves the soundproofing between rooms to ensure privacy for all guests.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Marmont Hotel. It is located a short walk from many restaurants and transit stops, the waterfront park and other attractions. The windows on our room eliminated all street noise so we slept very well. Our rooms were clean and the hotel is well maintained.

Everything was fairly standard and there were no major problems, but I didn’t particularly enjoy the overall facilities or atmosphere of the hotel. It felt ordinary and lacked the charm or comfort I look for when traveling.

This hotel is in a great location. Walkable to everything in Old Town area including restaurants. The lake area is also an easy walk. The hotel staff were kind and the rooms were comfortable. The rooms don’t have air conditioning which wasn’t an issue when I was there. They have a fan to circulate the air. Also the restaurant wasn’t open while I was there so that was disappointing. Overall a great hotel that I’d recommend.

We had a delightful stay at the Marmont Hotel. We checked in late at night and Aiman at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds: we slept extremely well. And the location perfect.

Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean with really helpful staff. Lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel and the public transport stop is at the end of the road. Literally on the main shopping street for Geneva. Short walk to the lake. Beware though, property only has air con on the 5th floor at present.

Our stay was truly a pleasure. The staff were all pleasant especially Agustina. We stayed for 4 nights and she gave us an upgrade to make our stay very comfortable. Thank you. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay is memorable. The property is on a very good location and the suites are nice .

The cleanest hotel ever! Super nice staff. It was a bit warm for our comfort with no air conditioning for a summer stay.

The USB charging ports on the nightstand didn’t work, which is pretty inconvenient for a tourist who doesn’t have a Swiss power adapter. And to top it off, the body wash bottle mounted on the shower wall was empty. Aside from that—and the lousy service at the front desk—the hotel is actually a nice place.

The stay was fine. However, they said they were having problems with their credit card machine when we arrived. On arriving home, it appears they have taken the payment for our stay three times on our cards. Despite emailing (no response) and calling (they don't pick the phone up) we are still no further forward in resolving this.

Room wasn’t ready and the two rooms were located in different part of the hotel. The front desk did an awesome job in attempting to get us on the same floor. The staff did a great job. With that said, there was no AC which really made it difficult to sleep with the window opened, just to be able to have air circulation. At night, people shouting and Erving their engines all night, all the way to 5 am

Location of the hotel is excellent being close to the lake, shopping & restaurants. The staff were friendly & helpful, especially in the breakfast room where there was a good selection of food on offer for this type of hotel. We were staying in 2 different types of rooms, double business & delux twin & this is where there were discrepancies. In the business class room there was air conditioning but no coffee making machine or fridge, in the deluxe room there was a fridge & coffee machine but no air conditioning. We had paid extra to upgrade to deluxe twin & on an extremely hot weekend we were given a fan which was totally inadequate. Whilst I understand different pricing for different types & sizes of rooms I do think a coffee machine & definitely air conditioning should be standard to all. It is such a shame as the rooms are beautifully decorated. I would definitely use this hotel again if the air conditioning is sorted out or I could be guaranteed a room where it was working but probably not during the summer months.
