I don't write a lot of reviews unless I am blown away or very disappointed.
First of all, I am the type of person who searches and searches, compares every hotel on my shortlist and reads EVERY review.
I was making this reservation for my elderly parents in their 80's who are currently making their way through Greece so I was looking for the following:
1. proximity to the port
2. cleanliness
3. proximity to the bus as they weren't planning on renting a car
4. breakfast
5. view
6. value and service
Everything fit the bill. I read all the reviews and they were so right. (Thanks to all the reviewers for helping me choose this place!)
My mother was overwhelmed by the attentiveness of the staff. I had written the hotel to ask them for assistance to help my parents when they arrived and they were SO accommodating.
Yiannis and his staff went above and beyond to ensure they were well taken care of and even got up at 5 a.m. to pack them sandwiches for their ferry trip and called them a taxi to get to the port.
My mother (who has traveled all over the world) called to thank me for finding this gem and couldn't stop raving about her entire stay.
If you're like me and spend hours searching every site and reading every review. STOP. This is the place. Thank-you again to Yiannis and his staff for taking such good care of my parents.
