The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really look out for you, and that is what stood out the most for me. They looked out for me with Ubers, navigating around the area, and even were worried when I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast. In fact, they kept the cafeteria open for me to make sure I got to eat. (They can bring it to you for a modest fee, FYI.)
The accommodations are basic but adequate, which is fine if you’re like me and not planning to spend a lot of time at your hotel. The shower had hot water and decent water pressure.
I also like the location, being just a block and a half from El Conde (pedestrian street) and a few minute walk from Parque Colón, where you can always find restaurants to have a coffee or meal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. The WiFi was reliable. Overall, I had a good experience.
