Perfekte Lage um die Colonial Zone zu erkunden. Der Ventilator & Kühlschrank haben einwandfrei funktioniert &es gab warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Man hat alles in der Nähe was man braucht.
Es ist ziemlich hellhörig mit dünnen Wänden & es gibt nur eine Gittertür zur Straße.

The location is great. Close to everything within the zona colonial.
Hot water in the shower was nice. Rooms are very clean.
The staff is the same from the unit next door called JayStudios or something similar. Great people. Very attentive and eager to help.
Unlike the sister property next door, the rooms are smaller, clean but without amenities like night stands.
Also, the toilet seat here was completely broken. Because I had to leave earlier than expected, I didn’t bother to complain but it was a problem. Also, they don’t have soaps for the shower or for hand washing. Only a bottle of pump soap to share between the two.
