This was my second time staying at Viet Hotel, and once again I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, and a quiet atmosphere. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made me feel truly welcomed, especially as a returning guest.
The service quality is consistent and reliable, with good value for money. This is exactly why I chose to come back, and I will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended

In the old town. Very close to night life and many restaurants and the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Big mention for Mr Linn the manager and tour operator. Very friendly and helpful man. Booked all our tours and transport. Very knowledgeable. Our room was comfortable and clean. WiFi reception was good. Air conditioning was good and fridge well stocked.
Sapa, Ha Long bay and Ninh Binh well worth visiting. Talk to Mr Linn.
If there was only one thing I can say. Breakfast was ok but could do with one or two more choices. Otherwise a good 10/10
