    Strategically located at the heart of Lisbon, we stayed on first floor and could hear passerby on the street.

    Overall, the price and location would make me consider staying again. However, there were a few areas that could be improved to make the experience much better. I had requested a quiet room but was placed on the first floor near a busy street, which made it a bit noisy. The carpet in the room didn’t appear very clean, and the bathroom was also dimly lit. I arrived @2p, and while I understand check-in time @3p, the staff did not even bother to check if my room room was already ready (which was a service I have been provided at most other stays).
