    That young tall boy needs to be trained to show politeness and helpful attitude in the service industry to uphold my long term preference of this hotel. He did not even offer any assistance to park our motorbike, yet shouted across to remind us to park reverse in alignment, all this while meddling with his mobile on hand, sitting lazily on the chair nearby. He is the worst staff I encountered throughout all my numerous years of stay in this hotel. The management should take note of this to upkeep its standard of service. In contrast, the other middle-aged bespectacled staff (also quite new, about a year in service) is a real gentleman, always ever ready to rush over to assist and serve everyone, be it opening the door, carrying the luggage or getting your motorbike out from parking space. Courteous and helpful - he is a gem, the hotel is truly lucky to have such good staff. That young boy should learn from this gentleman. This is a feedback and not a complaint. Nothing personal on any particular individual but concerns for the hotel benefits and my own benefits, as I am simply do not wish to change my preferred choice of accomodation unless more of such low quality service personnel join in the ranks.

    First time here in HCM city... Furst impression day staff very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Chdckin fuss free eithout troubles. Especially reception staff Miss Dung, English skills excellent and very helpful in our enquires and when room has issues, she quickly help us settled it. she took our comments, feedback and provided satisfactory customer recovery which has met my high standards and level. Overall this is the kind of standards expected from 4 or 5 * hotels. Lastly if the service level provided here is also shown in the rest of all the hotels then i think their country's hospitality service levels have exceeded those neighbouring countries also trying to promote tourism. Very satisfied with the food.. aka breakfast inside lobby area and the other portering, hiusekeeoing staff etc. special mention is their biss stays back later in evening to tebd yo any outstanding matters so guests can provide feedbacks to her in the evening as well. This is a hotel worth revisiting and the location and price level is unmatched by other nearby hotels. Also together with many good and high quality restaurants nearby made this an unforgettable short stay for me. Nearby many shops, convenience stores,near to local attractions within district 1 as well . Keep the excellence in service quality in this hotel.
