I booked the room because it got good reviews. Obviously those reviewers were not staying at the same place. I did. The room was very dimly lit with just low wattage light fixtures. No lamps to add additional light. There was no safety locking feature on the door and I was traveling alone and felt very unsafe. Also bizarrely, I couldn’t get the television on, so I called the front desk and he sent his wife to show me what to do. She reached up behind the TV and pushed a button to make it come on and then I had to do the same thing to turn the TV off. What the heck? And even more frustrating, they had not bothered to mention that to me when I checked in. The room had no coffee pot and no hairdryer. If I had not been so tired after having driven 12 hours, I would’ve left and gone somewhere else. Horrible experience.

Did not have all of the amenities that were advertised. As a .after of fact, only had a couple. No wash clothes were provided. TV didn't work so we had to change rooms then the remote didn't work. No ice. Just disappointed but to tired to go elsewhere
