    In excellent location,3 minutes walk to the centre of old town, staffs was very helpful especially (Vasiles) she was absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful and friendly, will definitely stay in park hotel if we come back to beautiful Nafplio.

    On checking in I was advised there will be an additional payment required at checkout. I attempted to show staff my receipt which stated my fee included all taxes and fees but was advised by all the staff in a very rude and discourteous manner that this was not accurate. I stayed at five Hotels prior to this one and it never been asked for by any of the others despite booking on various platforms. Staff did not want to forward the email or even look at it. Poor Service and bad attitude.
