    Stayed at Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao for 5 days and 4 nights with 2 rooms booked. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The arrangements were smooth from check-in to check-out, and the team was very responsive when we requested luggage deposit service a day before our check-in. We did encounter a few issues during the stay, but Krystal, Moine, and the team handled them swiftly and professionally. Special thanks to Krystal and Moine for going above and beyond their scope to assist us and ensure we had a good experience throughout the stay. Their attentiveness and genuine willingness to help truly reflected excellent customer service. Appreciated the efforts made by the team in arranging comfortable rooms for us and ensuring our stay became a much more enjoyable one. Thank you to the team for the hospitality and support throughout our trip.

    I had an excellent experience here - comfortable room and bed, reliable internet, very helpful and responsive staff. Good breakfast with a very broad selection. Nice size closet and luggage rack.

    Really convenient for a stay if you're close to Hongqiao airport and the convention centre. Otherwise, needs a didi to the city if you're going there often. Lovely staff, very big and spacious room with all the facilities you could ask for. Breakfast is really really good, even tho it's pricey, high quality western and Chinese cuisine.
