Lobby staff was very helpful in directions for the tram which stops right outside the door. Easy to get to Temple Bar and much cheaper than a taxi or paying to park.

The TV in rooms could be bigger.
Robes would be nice to use sauna etc
We had issues with the shower. It dropped on my head as I was shampooing my hair.
No damage.
It's a costly stay for basic breakfast.
Proper coffee would be nice.
Beds are comfy but only one pillow. Two different ones would be great. Preference there for guests

Nice modern hotel with good sized rooms. Very clean with a good bar and freindly staff. Located in a modern area with easy transportation links.
