Notwithstanding a little bit off-tracked location, the Riverside Hotel is new & well equipped. A great COST EFFECTIVE stay & good choice for a long trip & business trip; also good for peoples whose are familiar with Ha Noi. Convenience stores & street food stalls within 5 minutes walk. And less than 25 minutes walk to the Nhà Hát Lớn (Opera House) located in the French District. Vietnam Airlines Shuttle bus (at 01, Quang Trung) to Nội Bài International Airport is just a 10 minutes "GRAB" ride.
Clean & tidy room with Panasonic A/C, Samsung TV & electric door lock; comfy bathroom with modern sanitary wares, equipment & interior decoration that provide good vibes for an exhausted traveler.

Pros:
-Staff provided good suggestions for places to visit
-Affordable and easy renting of a motorbike at front desk
-Clean, comfortable
-Affordable laundry
Cons (pretty minor):
-Had no option to pick between 2 single beds or double bed on Hotels.com website when it said the options are available
-Half of front-desk staff speak English (this may be typical in this country)
-Encountered some ants on my room's table
-Had to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator
