    Positives: I had a comfortable stay in the Deluxe Room, which came equipped with an AC, mini fridge, kettle, TV (not smart), a good work table, and ample lighting. The staff were exceptionally polite and cooperative, always making the experience feel seamless. I stayed alone and felt well taken care of. The restaurant food was excellent—some of the best meals I had during my visit to Greater Noida. Though slightly on the pricier side, the quality made it worth it. Room service was prompt, and I appreciated that the staff went the extra mile by calling me every morning to take my complimentary breakfast order. While the breakfast menu was limited to items like aloo paratha, poori bhaji, poha, omelette, and tea/coffee, the food quality was consistently good. One highlight of my stay was how responsive the staff were to concerns. Although I was initially assigned a room that smelled of cigarette smoke (despite requesting a non-smoking room), the team promptly cleaned the room, changed the sheets, and sprayed the space to remove the odor. Their swift response was much appreciated. Negatives: There were a few areas that could be improved. The cleaning service, while regular and inclusive of fresh towels, rugs, and water bottles, lacked proper hygiene practices. I noticed the same cloth used for cleaning the restroom being used on the tables, which was concerning. The toilet seat wasn’t thoroughly cleaned either—just wiped. I also feel that providing a liquid handwash with a dispenser instead of just a bar of soap would greatly improve the hygiene experience. I brought up these concerns during checkout, and I truly appreciated the staff’s positive and empathetic response. They assured me immediate steps would be taken to address the issue. Final Thoughts: Overall, I’m genuinely happy with my stay—especially considering the price. If the minor hygiene concerns are addressed, this has the potential to be one of the most comfortable and reliable hotel options in Greater Noida. I strongly recommend it for solo travelers or anyone looking for a hassle-free stay with excellent service.
