    We were greeted warmly by hotel staffs when we arrived. All the rooms provide bottles water everyday, plus you can go down to their bar and get free coffee and soft drinks at any moment. There are also cheap shuttle bike service that take you to and back from Ekamai BTS at only 20bhat. There are plenty 7-Eleven and massage parlors nearby. The famous Phed Mark is located narby too. Plus, this hotel is right next to Big C so it very convenient to get souvenir at the last moment. Dont worry about overbuying as there's also a scale at the hotel lobby to weight your luggage. Overall the price is very affordable, friendly staffs with strategies location.

    I don't like giving bad reviews, but this hotel was extremely disappointing. The website, promos, and 'perks' (don't fall for them) all try to give the hotel a trendy vibe, but it was far from it. The hotel was room was dimly lit, with one tiny prison cell-sized window. It was extremely humid, beyond what would seem normal, and smelled of mould. The air con, one would suspect, has likely never been serviced - it was rattling and creaking so loudly, smelled terrible, and struggled to function between the different Modes. The bathroom was in shambles, leaked around the edges as well as the hose itself, the door was peeling, and the ventilator was barely working and shaking. Despite a 'quiet hours' policy, this hotel felt like a youth hostel or a place for cheap travelers who just wanted to go clubbing or out late at night. Doors would be slamming, people shuffling up and down the hallway, talking loudly all through the night. It was impossible to get any sleep, or to even feel safe. Worse even, my last morning I woke up to about 8 bug bites (see photo) all over my arms. From what I could tell, they weren't mosquito bites or bed bugs, but some sort of bug nonetheless. It was highly disturbing. The only redeeming quality about this hotel was that the staff were somewhat nice, though you could tell they hated their jobs or weren't paid well enough. The location is decent, as there are convenient shops/restaurants nearby. Otherwise, do yourselves a favor, and skip this hotel. It's not worth your time or money. The hotel's owner/management couldn't be bothered to invest in maintaining it to a basic minimum, so don't bother, there are plenty of other better places to stay at in Bangkok. I was booked for 6 nights, but left after 4 and forfeited the cost. That was as much as I could tolerate. It was THAT bad.
