I availed the single room with no windows. Overall cleanliness is decent - body wash, shampoo, hair dryer provided. No issues with my bed, my room is pretty spacious considering I have 1 large luggage and 1 handcarry stroller. Location-wise is also decent - only need to walk a bit to the nearest bus stop and Liouhe Night Market is also a walking distance from the hotel. Nearby convenience stores are available from the hotel. There is also a water dispenser, microwave, tea(?) available in the ground floor which makes it more convenient.

The hotel has a great location and spacious rooms, but I would not recommend using their laundry service. We paid almost $380 for just five pieces of clothing, yet they were returned completely wet and not properly dried. We were also told that the price covered only one piece, and we had to pay extra for the others. Despite the high cost, we ended up leaving with wet clothes. The location and room size were good, but the overpriced laundry service and disappointing experience really affected our stay. Please clarify the laundry charges upfront and ensure clothes are properly dried before returning them to guests.
