It’s my first time to solo travel and staying here is not bad at all. Felt safe all throughout my stay. The food, though limited, was still good and enough to fill you for the morning. I still have my privacy even with shared bathroom. I think the only downside is the noise whenever someone comes to the floor, opening the door or using the washroom. They have foam earplugs but it’s not enough 😅 Idk what can be done but this is the only problem I had. Overall the experience was great and would definitely recommend this to solo travelers!

This is my second time booking this accommodation, and I’m happy to say that it continues to be a great choice. The location is convenient, and the place is clean. The room is spacious enough for a solo traveler. The staff are accommodating, friendly, and pleasant. I had another comfortable stay and would gladly book here again.

The Single Inn offers a unique hotel experience that is to close to indoor camping. Rooms are tiny without a cupboard or closet to hang clothes and store luggage. That being said, it feels cosy and comfy. Ladies sleep on the upper floors, gents on the lower floors. Guests are supplied with a pair of earplugs for good reasons - the noise is constant coming from either the street below, or the neighbours next doors. Some of them can't help but slam their doors at any time of the day or night. Toilets, washrooms and showers are cleaned up twice a day, I mean spotless clean. Unfortunately, they get dirty pretty quickly because some guests are unable to clean up the mess they make while taking a shower or brushing their teeth. On my floor, there was always a faint odour of urine in the washrooms. At the time of my stay, the "kitchen" was being refurbished, this meant no access to ovens. The Single Inn's staffers are diligent and efficient. They run well-oiled operations. At the reception desk, Jack excels in service quality and his linguistic skills really shine (Mandarin, Japanese and English). Because the front-desk staff speak English, better book a room direcly with the hotel instead of the booking platforms. Every morning between 07.00 and 10.00 a.m. a complimentary breakfast is served on the ground floor. Steamed rice, rice porridge, sesame baozis, cabbage, preserved bamboo shoots, eggs, toasts and spreads are available. Simple but tasty. In a nutshell, the Single Inn Station is a great place to stay if you travel on a limited budget and if you like minimalist living conditions.
