Very friendly staff, good food with quick service at a very reasonable price, laundry on site, staff are knowledgable and eager to answer any questions. This is where i would stay if i came to Sapa again.

located on they lake front, The New Day Hotel staffs can not speak english, receptuion lady is very helpful and very well lake view の部屋は眺めはいいですが、若干、車の騒音がある感じみたいです、道路側でないほうに泊まりました、ハノイノイバイ空港へリムジン８人乗りを一人２千円若で手配いただき、朝８時にホテルpick up 空港１２時３０分につき、飛行機に無事のれてとても助かりました、早くつきましたが、部屋に案内いただきました。周りもたくさんのレストランあります、sure come back again
