    Very disappointing stay. I've stayed at JW Marriotts in many places and always had a great experience. In Chicago it was terrible. It's priced as a 5-star hotel but offers nowhere near a 5-star experience: Problem 1: I booked a "city view" room. The room had inside view - all I could see was the windows of other rooms and a dirty rooftop. It looked more like a prison than a 5-star hotel. Problem 2: I booked a one-night stay, paid significantly more for a room with executive lounge access. The plan was to arrive after a long drive and grab a quick bite and drink at the lounge. Turns out it closes at 12pm on Saturdays (different than any other Marriott I've evevr stayed!)! So I essentially paid significantly more for the upgraded room, and all I got was about 2 hours of lounge access in the morning of my check-out day. Just a standard breakfast option would give me the same benefit for a fraction of the price. Extremely disappointed.
