The staff was very courteous, and breakfast was very good with a nice variety. All our requests were handled and resolved whenever possible. The room was very clean. One small point to mention is that the internet was weak

Very clean room and bathroom, great central location, and good breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning could be a bit stronger, but overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

It’s a cosy, small hotel with clean rooms and polite and helpful staff.
Don’t expect business class 4-star hotel, but compare to the cost and perfect location (2 minutes walk to Taksim square), I recommend it.

The hotel is very nice, clean and centrally located. You can walk to most places. The bad thing is that it doesn't have air conditioning. They have permanent heating, and the solution is to turn off the heating and open the windows, but lots of mosquitoes get in.
