    Stay Dates: October 11 – October 12, 2026 Pros: Convenient Location: Great for quick airport access. Early Breakfast: The breakfast starts at 5:00 AM, which is very convenient for early flyers. Cons / Areas for Improvement: Shuttle Capacity Issues: The hotel offers a free shuttle van to and from BIO airport, but capacity is extremely limited. The van only holds 8 people. Despite getting our ticket numbers (20 and 21) at the front desk by 4:45 AM (when a long line had already formed), we weren't able to get on the 5:20 AM shuttle for our 7:15 AM departure. Stressful Morning Experience: The front area was packed with many anxious passengers trying to catch their rides, and the busy staff seemed rushed trying to manage everyone. Dated Rooms: The room was acceptable for a 3-star hotel, but felt slightly outdated. Overall Experience: We ultimately had to call an Uber (€12) and ended up sharing the ride with another stranded passenger. While the location and early breakfast are pluses, the shuttle bottleneck needs better organization for guests with early flights.

    Needed a place close to Bilbao airport. They have a free shuttle service running between them and the airport and breakfast was included in the stay. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The room wasn't overly fancy but everything you would expect and clean.

    Close to the airport with frequent free shuttle service, room was ok, however smart TV would be appreciated, especially for a small kids. Complimentary breakfast was good, but this was my first visited hotel in Spain, where Jamon Serrano was missing. Overall good choice for late arrivals, or early departures.

    They claim there is shuttle picking up at airport until 2300. We waited from 2230 and never seen it. There was other travellers tried to call the hotel and the staff said it will arrive soon. 20 mins later they tried to call again and the staff said service ended. We end up waiting for another 20 mins for taxi and cost extra 10 eur. The room is aged and old. Water pressure is low. Staff is polite but the check in was extremely low. Avoid at all cost, there is another small hotel next to it and their shuttle showed up 3 times during our wait. It looks newer and better. Such a disappointment by IGH group.
