Didn’t stay, ran away, hotel should be condemned. Awful . Filthy, full of foreign men, sis not feel safe bedroom door sis not shut . None of my party states and we lost nearly £*** Awful just awful

Save your money and book elsewhere, honest opinion it's dirty, dirty dirty, our first room was awful, broken bathroom door and frame, stained carpets, don't know what stained the ceiling, or what was left on the curtains, other people's waste left in the 2nd room and still stained carpets. Didn't feel very safe made sure i locked the door every night, very noisy neighbours on the sat night and alarm went off one morning presume a false one but no communication, save your money and book elsewhere, it's a shame really as staff were trying to be helpful and the location opposite the beach is great it's just dirty

In desperate need of renovation, curtains ripped and wardrobe door kept coming off the runners

I book Budget hotels all the time, my priority is just clean rooms with clean shower. No frills is fine by me, but this was the worst I have ever stayed in. Dirty smelly stair case, bad k stained carpets. lift not working , when I eventually found my room on first look it was ok. I checked the bed and good clean condition and comfortable. window, no view because the windows were blown, Completely fogged up. Curtains were dirty and ripped.First night sleep was very disturbed due to the room above having very creaking floor boards very load. Fire alarm went off early morning, no Staff about. No one evacuated so went back to my room. This made me feel unsafe having to exit my room half dressed early hours without my belongings.Woke second morning by the fire alarm this time staff were on the landing giving the thumbs up. Went back to my room. In total in my 5 night stay the alarms want off 7 times. One day there will be a real fire and someone will get hurt. This needs sorting as a priority.I asked what was going on and was told it was deodorant and the shower steam that sets them off. Every day I woke to a disgusting smell in the room when other rooms we're showering, It was coming from the shower plugger, I lifted the cover and it was blocked with a web of tangled hair, sludge and lord only knows what else. In 5 days not one single member of staff visited the room to empty the bins. Replace Loo roll , hand soap or to change the towels. I had to ask for a clean towel , tea bags and milk. Staff never acknowledge me coming in or leaving. On the last day I was waiting for my lift, no one on reception to take my key so placed it over the counter then staff saw me. I told him this was the worst hotel for cleaning I had stated in. He appologieed and said they had no staff and no money to spend on the hotel. This is one that I will avoid next time. Budget should not mean dirty and should not be classified as "you get what you pay for" Budget hotel means clean safe and comfortable over luxury. I got the comfortable bed but that was that. If the owners of the Hotel read this please feel free to respond to me with your comments.
