Everything went well and easy to check in. We got there after hours and staff helped us accordingly. Satisfied with our stay and the view is amazing. Jacuzzi is perfect as well. We forgot to book an extra night and we were helped in a timely manner. Thank you!

Everything in the room is a bit old and dated. At night there is a loud tapping about every hour (water heater?). Main TV didn’t work and they never came to fix it after we called it in. The main redeeming quality is its proximity to the gondola.
