The Red Hawk Lodge was nice. The view for the balcony was of the gondola. We didn’t use the spa area unfortunately, the hot tub was full when we tried to go and I didn’t feel like getting in the pool at night. Spent some time in the lobby area and played pool and foosball. Both items were in good shape. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Some updates would be nice. The kitchen wear was old but it was nice to have stainless steel pans. The shower head could use an updating and the ski lockers need to have some sort of drain system. The lockers are also very small. There were only two of us and it was a trick to fit boots and skis. Your boots will end up wet if you aren’t careful so you might want to just take them to your room with you.

Really beautiful 1 bedroom condo with two bathrooms right next to keystone mountain. We will certainly be back. Super clean, Lavazza coffee in the kitchen, plenty of towels and comfort

The review is based upon the lack of check in communication by Agoda. You guys are the worst ever in making the check in process functional. You are so dysfunctional I cannot even begin to explain the trauma experienced and lack of communication on your behalf. I will never recommend Agoda ever to anyone.
