This hotel exceeded my
Expectations, Agodo still has images of the old hotel rooms pre-refurb and I did wonder if I was paying for an old style hotel room, however, all rooms are beautiful and ours was spacious with all mod cons (aside from an iron). Clean and modern aesthetic, good facilities and breakfast offering. Would highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay, really nice staff. Brakefst was really good but the other restaurants was pretty avarage. Overall - we recommend
6.4 / 10Average·Oct 2026
We chose this hotel for a quiet, relaxing holiday, but unfortunately that's not what we got. Overall, the service was poor and the comfort level was low.
The rooms are not soundproof. The evening music was so loud inside our room that you could dance to it until 11pm. After a room change, the mattress sagged so badly in the middle that you roll into the dip, and I woke up with back pain.
The surroundings don't feel like a 5-star resort either. The area around the hotel is full of parked cars, and there are stacks of drink boxes stored outside. There is also a sewage smell when you walk across the terrace to breakfast. And although the reception is open 24 hours, they couldn't provide hot water during the night when I was sick.
Only after we complained did the hotel replace the mattress and offer us free dinners for the rest of our stay. We appreciated the gesture, but these basics should be right from the start.
For the price we paid, this is not a 5-star hotel.
For a 5 stars adult hotel you expect to live both worlds: to have a possibility to party, but also have a quiet room to relax and enjoy seamless service.
