The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The hotel front desk clerk ( her name was Lara) was especially helpful. I would definitely stay here again when in Madrid.

Very centrally located, near subway and several museums we had a pleasant stay and even got upgraded for free. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff!
