Bolabog Beach Resort Boracay facing Bolabog Beach

I originally stayed here at the beginning of my 25-day Boracay stay, and when I decided to extend my time on the island, I chose to come back to Bolabog Beach Resort for my final five nights. I even requested the same room, BR102, because I already knew the room worked well for me, especially the strong Wi-Fi. Coming back felt surprisingly familiar. The room was spacious and functional, with enough room to move around comfortably and work when needed. For a longer stay, I appreciate having a practical room rather than simply a place to sleep. The beachfront location on Bolabog is another major advantage. It gives me a quieter base while still being within walking distance of White Beach and other parts of the island. One thing I particularly noticed during my return stay was the speed of power restoration. I have stayed at other hotels where power interruptions lasted noticeably longer. Here, based on my experience, the power was restored faster, which matters when you are staying longer and using the room as your actual base for island life and remote work. The staff were also familiar and accommodating, which made returning feel less like checking into another hotel and more like coming back to a place I already knew. After trying different accommodations during this trip—including a larger resort experience—I deliberately chose to end my 25-day Boracay stay here. That probably says more about what I value than anything else: space, functionality, reliable Wi-Fi, beachfront access, and a place that feels easy to live in. I would gladly stay here again for a longer Boracay trip.

I had a very pleasant stay at Bolabog Beach Resort and was genuinely impressed by the value I received. The room was better than the photos and had a comfortable amount of space. It didn't feel cramped, but it also didn't feel unnecessarily empty. For me, that made a big difference because I was staying for several nights and needed to balance work, rest, and island life in the same room. The Wi-Fi was excellent during my stay, averaging around 200 Mbps and reaching as high as 520 Mbps, which made working and joining Teams calls very easy. The room also had a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, a good refrigerator, and plenty of storage compartments. I particularly appreciated the overall functionality of the room. It's not trying to be a luxury accommodation and that's perfectly fine. I wasn't looking for that. I wanted a comfortable, functional room where I could temporarily live on the island rather than simply stay like a tourist. The location on Bulabog Beach is also perfectly suitable for me. It may not be right on White Beach, but that wasn't a disadvantage for my trip. I wanted to experience island life, not necessarily stay beside the busiest tourist area. For the rate I secured, the space, comfort, Wi-Fi, and overall functionality were exceptional value. I would happily stay here again, especially for a longer Boracay stay. Highly recommended for travelers who prioritize space, functionality, and value over luxury.

On the 1st day out of 7 days, I knew I made the right choice. The room is spacious and has a lot of storage. King size bed with 4 soft, clean and smelling fresh pillows. I had a mini fridge, hot shower and 2 small dividers/tables. There's also a foldable single bed, electric kettle and 55 inches smart (S@msung!) The internet speed is between 200 to 500mbps! Afforable rate, without compromising the space and functionality.
