    We stayed 14 nights, somehow while other rooms were receiving tea and coffee daily we didn't receive it three times so I had to go and ask at the reception for tea and coffee several times. Since that day instead of leaving water, tea and coffee in a bag hanging outside the room (like for all other guests)the cleaning stuff was knocking at the door to hand it personally. And each time the tea and coffee was hidden in their pants pockets so we had to ask specifically to give tea and coffee. At the same time all other guests were casually receiving these in a bags hanging on a door knobs. Finally at the check out date the cleaning lady demanded money for cleaning a watermelon stained small towel! And this towel has been used for 8 days since the last time our room was cleaned! We were planning to give a good review and come back to this hotel in September 2026 but we won't!!!

    Over priced for what you get. Foyer filthy, shower and bathroom disgusting. Pool nothing like the photos, deck broken, boards missing, rusted exposed metal, no roof top bar. No sun lounges. Staff not friendly or helpful in any way. Stayed in over 30 hotels in Vietnam over the years the worst one yet. So easy to do a bit of cleaning cost nothing. ( Reception staff could actually clean foyer/windows/walls and say hello instead of being glued to their phones)
