Simply beautiful Japanese ryokan, with amazing service and food.

Very traditional Japanese hotel. Enjoyed the experience but as an American, I didn’t think the food was very good and I typically love Japanese food. There was an excessive use of gelatin coating on many of the dishes. Also, 2.25 hours for dinner was too long. We waited 15 mins after finishing each course to get the next one.

Kinjoro was one of a kind experience. The room was huge there was a separate living room, the food was excellent and staff were so friendly and attentive! Highly recommend this amazing place. I expected a place like this would have an onsen but they didn’t, however the bathroom was big so it was ok.
