I loved it. I’ve been traveling for five weeks solo and this was a perfect spot. Charming hotel with excellent restaurant. The staff is lovely.

Of our 5 different accommodations during our travels around France, La Bastide de Montferrat was our absolute favourite! Driving into the setting was immediately peaceful, our room was comfortable, and the service was absolutely stellar! We loved that it seemed to be a family business, and especially loved the sweet puppy!
We don't normally eat in the hotel restaurants when we travel, but after a delicious meal our 1st night, we came back again the 2nd night and the food was some of the best we had in France (special recognition to our waitress M who was sooo wonderful and kind!!!)
We really felt the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and we would love to come back again someday and will be recommending it to friends visiting the area!
